No, it runs at 130 fps when standings still, but whenever I move around it drops to 20 even when distant generation is off

I think that while dh loads, I just have to afk, and then play once it has loaded

And without dh, I can run at 130 fps with 32 chunks fine. I turned it down but with no change in the result
