LODs generate on 2.0.3 build, but not everthing
I'm guessing it's just another mod compatibilty issue at this point, I believe the earlier version does not have this issue, but instead have wrong LOD's shadow rendering (which is why I loved the 2.0.3 version, it fixes this problem, even with Supplementaries installed ^^)

I'm using 16 render distance, and the LOD's are visible beyond it, but definitly not 128 (aka the default distance)
