How to specify a custom railway file in a monorepo?

The docs say "You can use a custom config file by setting it on the service settings page. The file is relative to your app source." But I can't find that option anywhere.

Multistage docker builds

Hi! We use a multistage docker build as described here: https://docs.docker.com/language/golang/build-images/#multi-stage-builds Is this possible with Railway and are there any catches?
