I think I got the project into bad state because I used to tinker with the providers in the UI before using config-as-code. I manually removed the previous providers (one autodiscovered + one manually set) from the UI. Now the explicitly configured provider from config-as-code isn't picked up and no providers get autodiscovered either.

Symbolic links not resolved when building with Nixpacks?
FWIW I found out that the symlink file is missing during the build on Railway. Somehow it's not checked out? I can see it in the GitHub repository though, so this must be something on Railway's side.

@angelo So if you don't mind me asking instead - why did you choose an implementation based on matching emails from commit messages to Railway users (wtf) instead of giving the Railway admin the ability to configure a list of privileged committers?
