The instructions on the Github no longer work for the issue rendering the sky/clouds glitch
Whoever made bliss made it as a shader, not to work with DH specifically, but DH listed it as a compatible shader, which means they had to work to make it compatible with Bliss

There is no render quality at the top level, I see 'Quality Preset'. Going into advanced I see graphics, but no render quality. Inside graphics I see render quality, which has a bunch of different settings in it, all set to meduim and still doesn't work :/

Go to Distant Horizons settings
Change Advanced->Advanced Graphics Settings->Transparency to "Complete"
Change Advanced->Advanced Graphics Settings->Render Quality to "Medium"
Restart Minecraft
None of those settings exisist, and I found one for the transparency and it was already complete, render quality is in like 10 different places and changing any of them don't work
