The games gives you penalty because whatever the reason you were afk and that puts your Team at disadvantage. Is it your fault that your game loaded late? maybe, maybe not, but should your team members suffer becaue of that?

Valorant error vgc

enter the following commands in CMD as administrator and restart the PC: bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF bcdedit -set NOINTEGRITYCHECKS OFF Check in services if VGC is set to Manual or Automatic. If it is set to Manual you should right click on properties and change it to Automatic
