How do you get un-timed out for a reason that's not your fault?

my game crashes everytime it tries to load into a game and it makes me load in late to the game and I can't find anyway to fix it. I have tried every fix i've seen online for it but it won't work on my pc resulting in a week long competitive ban for loading in late to an escalation match. PS: I play on both pc and laptop seperately and the game loads in slowly on my pc but works perfectly fine on laptop.

Sorry to hear about your frustrating situation! To address the issue, Riot Games usually takes a strict stance on penalties to maintain a fair competitive environment. However, you can try the following steps to improve loading times on your PC: 1. Update Graphics Drivers: Ensure your graphics drivers are up to date, which can significantly improve performance. 2. Check System Requirements: Verify that your PC meets the minimum system requirements for VALORANT. 3. Reduce In-Game Settings: Lower in-game video settings to reduce the loading burden. 4. Close Background Applications: Ensure no other resource-heavy applications are running in the background. 5. Reinstall the Game: Fully uninstall and reinstall VALORANT to fix any corrupted files. Since the penalty isn't your fault, you should also head over to Riot's support page and submit a ticket describing your issue, including any steps you've already tried and system specs of your PC. Hopefully, they'll be able to provide additional support or reconsider your penalty. Submit a ticket here: Riot Games Support

The games gives you penalty because whatever the reason you were afk and that puts your Team at disadvantage. Is it your fault that your game loaded late? maybe, maybe not, but should your team members suffer becaue of that?
