Layer folder on V4 Structure ?

#❓・help please Hello Nuxters 😁 And congrats for the 3.12.0 release really was waiting for all goodies on it I have only one question about the /layer folder ! It's clear for the /modules folder that is for local folder but layers is about extending layers outside of the main project via Monorepos or github right ? How a local layer Will be used and correct me if i'm wrong please @manniL / TheAlexLichter Have a great Day

TS Error

Does anyone face a problem with types with Nuxt 3.4.2 ? I’ve seen Atinux had opend an issue on GitHub about a TS Error https://github.com/nuxt/nuxt/issues/20435 and I’m facing the same error but for Devtools : true It gives the same error as the https: true with @types/node 18.16.0

i'm new to pinia and idk if the @pinia/nuxt modules should be added as a devDep or as a dep the doc not clear about that
