That's the phone setting. PUBG Moble settings don't go that high.

Yep, I get that. This is a PUBGM setting which would limit it just in this game. Like I said, it's a long shot. It would explain it though.

I'm assuming you've not got the frame rate limited in the settings? [Frame Rate Detailed Adjustment]. It's a long shot but I thought it worth a check.

customize controls Camera No Movement.
This button can be customised in your main vehicle control joystick (scheme 2) profile and then will apply for the mecha. The same goes if you use a custom position for changing seats. You can edit it and then switch back to another scheme of choice for driving cars.

You're looking at approximately 80% accuracy over the course of the season. Any lower and you lose reviews, which is why it's not just 66% As Emad mentions it's not difficult, but you do need to invest significant time over the course of a season, and maintain your accuracy. The reward means more this way.

400+ms ping when use ethernet connection
It's a false reading. It will always show exactly 460ms in game when you use ethernet on Android. If you go to the settings page where you set your server you will see a proper ping reading.
This bug has been around for years, possibly since the game was launched. It's been reported before, but perhaps you might have luck with a new bug report?

P90 damage adjustment
It's a very small (decimal) change if it's actually been implemented - all of the training ground dummy numbers seem to be the same. Is it possible this hasn't happened yet?

When I copy the name from your profile and paste into the search it comes up correctly, so I think there might be an issue with the percentage character.
Looks at it further, this is specifically an Arabic percent sign (to read right to left) which may not be the same one as you and others are searching for from a phone keypad.
The easiest option is to get friends to look you up by number as this successfully finds you.

It's a web error number. Error 403 is usually something like "Forbidden"
Error 000 is a connection failure or similar. It means Error is unavailable until Monday.
