When writing a magnet resume for Hunter's magne...
When I apply to the company site job listing, I’ll only have 1 resume to upload. Would I get the best chance of being screened with magnet resume?
I ask because I’ve been getting 50/50 automated response saying a human will verify each resume vs a generic thank you for applying we’ll get back to you if there’s a match.
It seems like a failure if I upload a magnet resume but a human verifies it

When utilizing the magnet resume, is this only for websites like Indeed and other job platforms or would I also use this resume for a job listing on a company website?

I’m also in a situation where i got a W2 offer. But I’d like to be C2C. My concern is this remove will burn a bridge as i went through all the rounds and at the last mile I’m pulling a C2C ask out of the blue. What are some strategies on wording? I see @totaldev wording right above this so will probably incorporate that as well
