Hi, I'm writing to update the situation, the problem was resolved after a driver update, apparently Intel has only fixed the problem in the latest versions of its drivers

I assumed it could be a bug caused by the GPU drivers because while I was having this problem the graphics card was running at 30/40% while in the f3 menu it said it was running at 100%
