After 1 hour the game starts to lag heavily

Using iris and sodium I encountered a lag problem that happens after about 1 hour of play, initially there is a freeze and then the game goes at 15 fps even stuttering, I have already checked the temperatures of the processor and video card and they are well, I also checked the integrity of the RAM, I also formatted the computer but the error does not disappear. PC: CPU: i7 8700k GPU: Intel Arc A580 Ram: 16GB DDR4

how much ram did you dedicate to Minecraft

5gb I assumed it could be a bug caused by the GPU drivers because while I was having this problem the graphics card was running at 30/40% while in the f3 menu it said it was running at 100%

that's probably just because task manager shows the total usage, including RT cores which Minecraft cannot utilize, while F3 only shows the usage of the cores it can use could you send your latest.log from the logs folder

FAQ: Does Iris support Forge?
Currently, the stable releases of Iris are Fabric and Quilt exclusive. However, Iris is currently in the testing phase of supporting NeoForge. You can download these alphas in the <#883067831485366304> channel. If you catch any bugs, please report them to the appropriate thread under the download. While there are also unofficial ports, they are unaffiliated with us and we don't provide support for them in this server.

I keep the render distance at 12 chunks Hi, I'm writing to update the situation, the problem was resolved after a driver update, apparently Intel has only fixed the problem in the latest versions of its drivers
