I had surgery and my nose one closed up. Had it repierced and it was pierced lower due to piercer saying the locations better for hoops

My weight is 135. Height is 5’10. Waist is 29. Shirts I get larges except for this shirt which is a small then I have a medium one for Leaving it unbuttoned. Friend advised me to get and do that.
