VC3.1 500 upgrade. Rear bed z drops when unpowered.
SOLUTION: So it seems like the issue was i was running TR8x2 4 start lead screws. Apparently having 4 threads as opposed to two or one wont hold up the heavy plate of a vCore 3 500. Switched to TR8x2 single start lead screws and that resolved the issue. Back z no longer drops at all when device times out or is shut down.

Coupler is good, tight on both the rod and the motor. I'm convinced the plate is too heavy for the one motor, especially if the rod is greased. I'll be attempting to degrease the rod and swapping out the motor for a high torque NEMA 17. If that doesn't work I may look to converting this to a 4-z system as I've been working with RatRig CS to no avail.
