Unstructured Blazer
Looking for a new unstructured blazer mainly for work travel. US, budget $500-750 ideally. I'm a 38R. I tend to like patch pockets, and something that is lightly veering into chore coat territory but still somewhat conservative. Something that reads pretty basic from further away but has a nice texture close-up would be great. Always thought the EG Bedford was cool, but that might be a tad too adventurous for a regular workhorse blazer. Probably wool and/or linen? I don't want something that looks like a cheap polyester. A little wary of cotton, pique also. Would like ideas of designers to try as alternatives to Sunspel. Closest things I have found to what I'm looking for: https://www.sunspel.com/products/men-s-linen-blazer-in-light-navy-mjac7075-buaf -- like this, although I already have a wool linen suit in a pretty light blue from SuitSupply and a bit worried it will be too similar. https://www.sunspel.com/products/mens-lightweight-travel-wool-blazer-in-navy-mjac7197-buaa -- Texturally this is kind of boring, and I don't like the chest pleat(?).
