I recently submitted an account recovery request for my PUBG Mobile account (UID: 5123468561), but it was denied because I couldn't provide information about the last six months. I would like to clarify that I have not accessed this account during that time, as it was hacked. However, I have other details to prove I’m the rightful owner of the account:
Account creation date: Around six years ago.
Account linked to my Facebook: I have full control of the Facebook account and can provide screenshots as proof.
Emails from 2020: I verified my PUBG profile through Facebook, and I can share these emails.
Previous usernames and teammates: I know the names I’ve used before and the people I’ve played with.
Device history: I’ve only logged into the account using three devices in six years.
This account means a lot to me, and I hope you can reconsider my case with the details I’ve provided. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can do to assist with the verification process.
