Purchase record isn’t the problem though, it’s the other questions that ask information about the account from the last six months. I can provide information like my all time highest rank, the username of the friend I’ve played with the most and the device I’ve used the most to log in to the account, But I can’t provide any of this information from the last six months because I lost my account way before that.

Is there a way for me to have a live chat with PUBG mobile customer service because in game claim doesn’t work for me as I lost my account almost 3 years ago. The information that is asked in the claim is about last six months and I have no way of providing that.

Not able to post in the support channel.
Account recovery, My account was stolen from me in 2021. I tried putting a claim through in game support and that didn’t work cause I can’t really answer any 6 month related questions about my account since I lost it back in 2021.
