Support Channel
I was told by a moderator to use that channel for my account recovery issue. Again, I wasn’t able to access it. When would the support channel be reopening and if it’s not reopening soon, what other options do I have?

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim....

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
Please note that an unsuccessful account recovery claim may result from providing insufficient or incorrect information or attempting to submit the request from an unfamiliar device. We recommend submitting the in-game account recovery request from a device you frequently use to log into your PUBG MOBILE account, and ensure you provide the in-game customer service with all the required and accurate information.
If you are not satisfied with the claim results, you can submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification, and wait patiently for a response.
Well, I’ve tried that but the problem with that is that I lost my account almost three years ago. The information they ask is from the last six months and I have no way of providing them that.
Is there a way for me to have a live chat with PUBG mobile customer service because in game claim doesn’t work for me as I lost my account almost 3 years ago. The information that is asked in the claim is about last six months and I have no way of providing that.
Your purchase record is not a mandatory field. There is no yellow asterisk next to it. You can just skip that.
You will need to fill in the account recovery form, so that a support agent will investigate in this matter, and they will get back to you when there is any update.
Purchase record isn’t the problem though, it’s the other questions that ask information about the account from the last six months. I can provide information like my all time highest rank, the username of the friend I’ve played with the most and the device I’ve used the most to log in to the account, But I can’t provide any of this information from the last six months because I lost my account way before that.
