Issues with the plan

I have updated the plan from hobby to pro plan and created a team when the regions update was first introduced and I was able to set a region in the ENV but after your last updated my account switched to hobby once mode. I already paid the transfer from one plan to another i dont want to be charged once more for the transfer. Please help. Project ID: 118cf9ad-0595-4e8f-b330-4349d614fb09
