DH LODs + Shaders results in an Illegal State Exception and LOD rendering being disabled on macOS
Seems to be an issue on DH’s side.

Marked it as a bug and an enhancement because it would involve supporting LODs without indirect rendering i think, which i'm not sure is in scope but i'd like to know if it's planned at all
