It's about the r:r of getting it done in Chinatown (or getting it adjusted a bit more affordably back in my hometown) vs somewhere nicer. If I find a very good place in NYC I can reliably go to again then I can take some other shirts for small adjustments since I'm back in peak fitness

Pants will be straightforward. Small adjustments. I'm not worried about that. For the shirt, I found a dope old JPress shirt which I understand it fucks with the patterning once adjusted but I'll have to see what can be done or how I want to wear it. I could use it as a nice mid and just have the arms redone. I mean I laid $30 for it so I don't mind if it's an L
