NYC tailors

Typically a Chinatown enjoyooooor But wondering if any one had some good tailoring recommendations for refitting extremely oversized 2nd hand clothes to make them more ... Tailored? Thanks!

What kind of work do you want done? The way this sounds to me, you'll basically need the clothes rebuilt which will be insanely expensive

Pre-Covid I used to go to this shop called LNC Tailor near Columbus Park Haven’t been there in years though Agree with Raisin though, don’t bother with resizing items that are multiple sizes too big

Pants will be straightforward. Small adjustments. I'm not worried about that. For the shirt, I found a dope old JPress shirt which I understand it fucks with the patterning once adjusted but I'll have to see what can be done or how I want to wear it. I could use it as a nice mid and just have the arms redone. I mean I laid $30 for it so I don't mind if it's an L It's about the r:r of getting it done in Chinatown (or getting it adjusted a bit more affordably back in my hometown) vs somewhere nicer. If I find a very good place in NYC I can reliably go to again then I can take some other shirts for small adjustments since I'm back in peak fitness
