Do I just put these section in the printer.cfg file? or is there an save auto safe.
Do as the guide says. Generate shaper graphs and fill the X, Y and AVERAGE values in shaper fewq variables. Then put those in printer.cfg.
Do need to do these manually unfortunately.

Line in the middle of every print?
Seems it's a bit different in Cura compared to Prusa but you should find it by searching for "seam".

3 good layers then no succesful print
I hated the original steel nozzles. Since the heater is quite far from the nozzle it seemed like even moderate cooling would cause issues with them.
