Devices with the minimum hardware requirements of 90Hz display refresh rate, and Snapdragon 865 or Dimensity 1100 central processing unit, can access the Extreme+ option with Smooth graphics. It is usually visible instantly when you try to open your profile picture in the game. If it doesn't, you may try to log out your PUBG MOBILE account and log in again.

What do you mean by "multiple accounts of the same social media"? You can use one social media account you have to submit multiple entries, but you cannot use multiple social media accounts in an attempt to win multiple rewards. This is not allowed.

These two points from the event announcement should clarify your question: Community members can enter into the challenge multiple times, however, if selected as a winner, all other entries that will be disqualified If any community member is found to be using multiple social media accounts in an attempt to win multiple rewards, they will be disqualified from the event and banned from all future events. Please refer to event announcement and full legal rules for more information.
