Klipper reports: ERROR
After assembling V-Core 4 500 and configuring electronics using this guide https://os.ratrig.com/docs/installation/ (linked from https://ratrig.dozuki.com/Guide/12.+Electronics/250?lang=en), which went ok (with flashing everything), I try to follow the Commissioning guide (https://docs.ratrig.com/commissioning-guides/v-core-4). So, powered the printer for the very first time, wait couple of minutes, opened the http://ratos.local and got the below 2 errors in Dashboard. All is up-to-date in Update Manager. I'm not very experienced, any idea please? This was shown one during startup: Klipper reports: SHUTDOWN MCU 'mcu' shutdown: ADC out of range Sensor 'extruder' temperature 3830551.181 not in range 0.000:350.000 This generally occurs when a heater temperature exceeds its configured min_temp or max_temp. Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the "FIRMWARE_RESTART" command to reset the firmware, reload the config, and restart the host software. Printer is shutdown This is shown all the time, I go to Dashboard, Machine, etc.: Klipper reports: ERROR Can not update MCU 'mcu' config as it is shutdown Once the underlying issue is corrected, use the "FIRMWARE_RESTART" command to reset the firmware, reload the config, and restart the host software. Issue installing RatOS 2.1 on Raspberry
For the new V-Core 4 500, I try to follow https://docs.ratrig.com/v-core-4-0/v-core-eletronics. It points me to https://os.ratrig.com/docs/installation/. I installed successfully RatOS 2.0.2 (the latest stable), configured WiFi, setup the control board with flashing firmware and run the Mainsail, performing all updates. However later I have found, the V-Core 4 needs RatOS 2.1. So I downloaded https://github.com/Rat-OS/RatOS/releases/download/v2.1.0-RC2/2024-07-27-RatOS-2.1.0-RC2-armbian-CB1.img.xz (as I did similarly for the stable version before), installed that on the same SD card with Rufus (the recommended Balena Etcher always ended up with an error, and I was unable to resolve it) and inserted into Raspberry. Restarted, but after long time (waited 20 minutes at least, while the previous RatOS 2.0.2 created hotspot after just 3 minutes) still nothing happened, except red LED on, and green LED occasionally blinks. No RatOS hotspot created, nothing... If I shut Raspberry down, put out the SD and turn on, RED + GREEN LEDS are constantly on, and also nothing - no hotspot created, nor connected to WiFi. Any idea please?
