ban ??
Hello,
I purchased a used PC that I reset, but it seems it was hardware banned. After the ban period ended, I was able to log in with my account and play a few games. However, after a few games, I received a cheat error message on the screen, even though the PC had been reset!
So, I decided to buy a new Windows 11 key, delete all disk partitions, and create a new account. I played 2 or 3 games, but the same issue happened again!
Can you help me? What do I need to modify to resolve this issue? Where could it be coming from? I would appreciate some guidance on how to remove this problem. I have no issue starting over with a new account, but I would like to know how to get rid of this issue.

Hello team, quick question. Before, my girlfriend played Valorant with her account on my PC. But we couldn't play together. So we bought a good, nice second-hand PC. But during the installation surprise! the machine is banned from Valorant. What can you do, would this go into a support ticket? And in the worst case, how do we know how long she won't be able to play, so as not to have to buy a PC for nothing because she almost only plays that and we would have liked to play together. I would like to point out that she can play on my and has never been banned!!!
