VAN 152 !!!
Hello team, quick question. Before, my girlfriend played Valorant with her account on my PC. But we couldn't play together. So we bought a good, nice second-hand PC. But during the installation surprise! the machine is banned from Valorant. What can you do, would this go into a support ticket? And in the worst case, how do we know how long she won't be able to play, so as not to have to buy a PC for nothing because she almost only plays that and we would have liked to play together. I would like to point out that she can play on my and has never been banned!!!

If it’s a hardware Ban 4 months
I suggest making a ticket explaining your problem so you can have a professional help sort this out sometimes vanguard detects random stuff
That's what I did, but unfortunately, the support team hasn't responded yet.
I hope it won't take a month; it's quite frustrating to have a "new" PC and not be able to play.
For me i was just going to play valorant as always and i got van 152 ingame i made a ticket and the next day my ticket was closed without any reply for riot and my account was suspended from valorant i tried different accounts i had and they all got suspended too. i had played a lot of all of them and spent even money, i was about to buy the rgx 3.0
it likely wont take a month for them to reply
usually its around 3 days but can be longer
just give it some time and check the ticket status from time to time
make sure to include all the details and evidence in the ticket
