Performance mode was off checking the amps before at 1.1 now at 1.6 with performance mode on. And looks good so far now I need some help with setting my printer.cfg file for fan pwr 0.8 it's causing the corners to peal up from the plate

Having said that I need to add a pause somewhere for the heater to soak at temp for at least 2 min during the poke test before begining a print with my printer.cfg or my slicer (Help needed here).

So I've seen what is happening. It's withe the heat block expansion. And it's falling of "track" then the extruder tip is catching the side of the print. And causing the tool head to get stuck and freeze the motor. I noticed a pattern for this when it makes a thud noise is where it shifted and is shifting to the same side it gets stuck on. It seems random for me and the part cooling fan running max is probably not helping with the corners trying to lift. What made me think of this is when it knocked off a prior print.

Alright, after letting my frustrations go I did another test print and the issue is not the same as before (see attached). I have taken your suggestions @Alemnath the silver nozzle was in use and I have had success with small prints sub 50mm with no issues. @Anton could you elaborate on performance mode please?
