!!! Server Emergency - World data unintentionally upgraded
Quite a lot changed from 1.8 to 1.17 especially on world gen side. Its likely that everything that got upgraded will have problems unfortunately. This is why backups should always be made before changing things

Theirs are a lot of errors regarding advancements and other things from your various mods. They don't really seem related though. it seems that the Bountiful mod is attempting to load a nonexistent item called
simple_weapons:netherite_spear from something and that likely causes the crash as it's the last thing to occur before the crash, and is directly connected to the crash, correction: their are a lot of items the game says doesn't exist that are attempting to be loaded10 replies

Their is lobby software for swapping between servers that has basically no overhead by being packet based.

FYI, you can host if you have a dynamic IPv4 Address. I have a small script to update the domain I own with the new IP, it also seldom changes.

Otherwise I suppose command blocks or a custom plugin would work if the individual plugin doesn't have a "portal" that can be setup

No need to constantly bump your post. Your domain likely needs to be configured to point to your dynmap instance (IP and Port). It likely also is a config in Dynmap.
Also their are alternatives to Dynmap that are better, such as bluemap and squaremap(if I remember correctly)
