That's unfortunate, since CSS allows alpha to expressed directly in the hex string.

I know that the lib:color-picker module already exists, but having equivalent functionality in a core UI extender module would be better.
The primary requirement would be to extend the core ColorPicker so that it supported alpha channel in a single dialog (and return a rgb string which includes the alpha channel).

What about, adding new block styles or inline styles to the text editors (maybe one common interface that works for both ProseMirror and TinyMCE).

Browsing system data model
PDF Pager has a Data Inspector window inherited from the old PDFoundry module. It lists all the fields on a Actor/Item for users to see which fields are available.
It might be worth having a look at that window.

Full System Inspired By Dark-Souls & DND 5e [All functions are provided in google docs]
I'm not in a position to do the work, but the cost would probably require one or two extra 0's on the end for a system as computed as dnd5e.
