The help thread for my bill has not been resolved, but locked

However, I think the Railway team thought the problem was solved and locked the thread. (I don't know if I can mention the railway team.) (The estimated bill was $300, but only about $100 was paid.) Because I was slow to respond, I think the Railway team made a mistake and locked the previous thread. Sorry again for my slow response.

If database is shut down due to hard limits, will all data be deleted?

If usage reaches the hard limit and database is shut down, will all data in the database be lost?

The current usage is too high.

Two days ago, due to the buggy code I updated, DB engress usage exceeded 500GB, and the bill exceeded $600. Can you give me a discount for the sudden excessive usage after January 4th? This was clearly my mistake, but the bill was too high. Please help me.

Nixpacks ignores root "pnpm-lock.yaml" and runs "npm i"

I have "pnpm-lock.yaml" in my root directory, but Nixpack s runs "npm i" to install dependencies. Please help.
