If database is shut down due to hard limits, will all data be deleted?

If usage reaches the hard limit and database is shut down, will all data in the database be lost?
Solution:
Oh I thought you meant what would happen once it reaches its storage limit if it reaches its resource limit and gets shut down, I can't imagine that you'd have data loss...

Pretty sure you'll just get an "out of space" error when writing into it once its at its limit

Do you mean that the stored data will not be lost even if the instance of the database is terminated?

at most I can imagine that if it shut down mid write that it could corrupt that data

When my database was shut down and redeployed again, nothing was displayed in the data tab, but now it is displayed again. It was my mistake. sorry.
