Bug that I'm not sure how to fix
From what I can tell, they are normal blocks that are just yanked from somewhere in the ground below in that chunk and put in the sky.

do i need to visit every chunk in the world to get these high render distances?
my only problem now is that it just takes a long time to load chunks

OK that's what I tried but the default menu layout, hotkeys, and sound settings are HORRID

oooh what modpack??? I'm looking for one because I'm basically having the exact same issue as you and I'm hoping a modpack made for it might be optimized better
