Bridge timeout, what can I do ?

Hello, we have a monthly notification that requires some compute time. It can go over 5 seconds, and the bridge times out on it. What can we do to increase the bridge timeout ?

Novu Sync returns a 500

My remote environment is up to date and the same commande worked two days ago. What can I do, this causes a downtime for some of our production notifications.

Just migrated from v0 to v2, getting a 400 error on deployment

Hello we’ve just migrated from v0 to v2. We manually rebuilt out notifications to be code-first and are now trying to push them to dev then production. When trying to do it from my Local Studio, I get this error:

Error occurred while syncing. Signature does not match the expected signature. Please ensure the signature provided in the

novu-signature header is correct and try again. And doing it from our Github actions leads to a 400 with no context. Our Bridge is here: https://app.guided/energy/api/novu And our Nova account is “Guided Energy” (user: [email protected]) I also want to share that code-first notifications are reusing non-code-first notifications IDs, as we wish to replace them, not add to them. Is there any documentation on v0 to v2 migration, and on how to debug that kind of issue ?

Publishing on SQS through Novu

Hey guys, a client asks us to push their notifications on an AWS SQS queue. We'd like to use Novu for that for multiple reasons (notification unicity, reuse of all our existing notification templates, etc...). What would be required for this integration to be possible ? Thank you !

Hyperlinks best practices (Slack)

Hey guys, is still an issue ? https://github.com/novuhq/novu/pull/4834 Is there a way to add hyperlinks that I should know of (in general, and in Slack), we are considering using novu, but not being able to add hyperlinks to notifications is something we are not willing to sacrifice.
