If that doesn't work you can try contacting their tech support and see if they can get you drivers to build from source.

Looks like they only explicitly support Ubuntu (and therefore Debian-based distros, which Bazzite is not) but you might get lucky if you download the driver package (.tar.xz, not .deb), extract it, and try running the install script... have you done that? https://www.huion.com/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=lists&catid=16&down_title2=H1060P

Looks like it was indeed the desktop scaling option. As previously stated, hardly ideal, but I can work with it. Thanks for the tip, @PrussianPrince

Have tried with DP as well as HDMI and had same issue. Will try the scaling option and see if that has any effect.
