Crowsnest webrtc stream stays on after site is closed on android (chrome & firefox)
Not exactly solved, but the root cause is a bug in camera-streamer used in crowsnest: https://github.com/mainsail-crew/crowsnest/issues/135
Haven't tried to change out of webrtc but changing to mjpeg-streamer should fix this.
