Move a template ownership to a new account
I wouldn’t create another account just to publish the template. Even if you create an account, whatever name you make it won’t change how users interact with it. You also can’t name the account something like “Official Templates” or something misleading because it’s not accredited by the Railway team

As far as transferring templates, I believe Matt has been working on transferring existing requests whenever he gets time, but you could probably reach out to him or wait to see if the thread gets elevated to the team.

Application consuming a lot of memory on railway but not as much when self hosted
Did you limit the amount it could use when self hosting it? Railway will allow the application to use as much resources as it needs/wants. Best method may be to add a cap for your service’s CPU use if you’re worried about it.
