you're stacking with Dia-Asc. Why don't you stop playing with those guys and go solo or play with those within your elo? If you're really that good, then you won't get hard stuck in your elo since you can easily beat people in your elo.

Game stutters, but idk how to fix.

Check your processes while playing. Something might be hogging your CPU/Disk Usage. We almost have the same system specs, but mine's 32gb - but you shouldn't have issues with it.

this build of vanguard is out of compliance with current system settings

looks like a TPM 2.0 / Secure Boot thingy conflicting with Vanguard... but it might also be related to the most recent Windows Update conflicting with Vanguard stuff. Check https://discordapp.com/channels/679875946597056683/1294629399433318460

btw to make keep track of all the steps I undertook for troubleshooting: 1. Provided Full Control via permissions to all VALORANT Executable files (including Riot Client) 2. Troubleshooted Compatibility via properties of all EXE files 3. Run as admin for all EXE files 4. Uninstalled/Reinstalled Riot Client/VALORANT 5. Installed Riot Client/VALORANT to different drive 6. Restored Secure Boot settings on BIOS 7. Restored motherboard keys factory defaults 8. Did the Autoruns suggestion by @Saucywan Currently on 9. Uninstalling most recent Windows Updates If this doesn't work, I'm not willing to do a clean windows installation. That's just a little bit too much for this. But if someone could do that, please get back to us and share if it worked/not.
