this build of vanguard is out of compliance with current system settings
how to fix this

looks like a TPM 2.0 / Secure Boot thingy conflicting with Vanguard... but it might also be related to the most recent Windows Update conflicting with Vanguard stuff. Check https://discordapp.com/channels/679875946597056683/1294629399433318460
