Thank you, the issue still persists however. After some more debugging here's the specific error response I get on my backend:

So no matter if via context menu or typing the command, the /rank works for me, but sometimes not for others. /leaderboard-roles sync never worked for me

For me getting someone's rank info has always been working, but I see occasional error logs from other people using the command. The bigger problem for me is that I'm not able to sync the leaderboard so people get role rewards
