Experiencing Lag Only With Guests
It has nothing to do with your PC but with the game's performance. There comes a point where ANY PC can't handle those crowds of visitors. And if it's franchise or the other mode where there's economy, it's impossible to limit the visitors because your economy goes down the drain. So it's a problem that's impossible to solve in the long run.
The only way to play without fear of that problem is in SandBox mode by setting the minimum limit of visitors (this has been the only way to build zoos all over the map without lag for me), but in franchise, I've never managed to exceed 7-8k visitors without suffering a major performance drop.

Well without a dedicated graphics card, that's the problem. The integrated graphics of your processor barely meet the minimum requirements of the game. It doesn't matter if you set the settings to high or ultra quality, your PC does not have the ability to load the game in that quality. What you can try is to keep the texture quality like this but you should lower everything else, if you are lucky by lowering everything else your PC will be able to improve the texture

Will their be a planet zoo 2?
I assume there will be a Planet Zoo 2 at some point, just like Planet Coaster did, but if you go by the time it took to make that title, it was 8 years of gameplay before we saw a sequel.
Planet Zoo only just passed the 4-year mark since it was released, only just becoming available for consoles this year. I think we still have plenty of time left in this game before we think about a completely new one.

Just do what you like to do, and if you have no motivation, no problem, explore other games, you will come back when you really want to do it

You can set goals for genetics, for variations in animal coats, or perhaps goals for the number of money, cc, or visitors to the zoo.

Honestly, Planet Zoo is all about individual goals, for some people it's about planning every inch of a zoo, for others it's about winging it, some people like to build amazing structures, while others prefer to decorate as realistically as possible, and there are also players who just make square habitats and watch the animals, no fuss. It all depends on what you like to do.
