Can't change my billing credit card
When I try to add more credits, it shows a card number I no longer have, and when I click on manage, it takes me to the Stripe site, and I CAN'T modify / change the card either. Cancelling the billing, and then trying to create a new billing plan loads the same old card number and doesn't allow me to change it either.

Help with billing changes since August
So, starting August you can no longer pay by credits and can only leave the credit card to be charged for all your usage. Is there a way to set a limit? Like "stop the instance if it reaches x$ amount"? I liked the old credit plan as I could pay what I was actually going to use. Now I feel like any mistake could burn my credit card and I'm considering changing to another provider.

Question about how pricing works
Do credits ever expire? I mean, if I pay 1 credit, and my app never consumes the 5 free ones per month, does that mean that it would run indefinitely until it consumes more than 5?

Help regarding pricing
So, I've read that "The first 5 dollars are on us every month." on the pricing and developer plan site, my question is, if I pay the credit-based subscription, for example I pay 1 dollar in credits, or the minimum allowed. If my app consumes less than those 5 dollars in a month, will it keep permanently running, or do credits I pay still expire each month?

How can I stop an app?
I have an app running, and it's consuming my free tier hours even when not used. Is there a way to stop or hibernate it when not being used?

Can't deploy with Postgres
I had an app deployed on Heroku, tried coming to Railway for better plans, but when I connect the repo to Railway I get
org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: Connection to localhost:5432 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.
org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: Connection to localhost:5432 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.
and it crashes
