Regarding rp activity pack Uc

Yes, any uncollected amount from RP activity packs will be sent through in-game mail once the Royale Pass ends. The UC can then be collected from in-game mail within 30 days.

If you believe that your account has been wrongfully suspended, you can submit an appeal by clicking on the File Claim button located in the bottom-left corner of the account suspension dialog box. If no reply is delivered within 14 business day, you may create a new post on the Support Reddit.

Doubt on lobby theme!

Hello, @xXPLCTx! We are still waiting for confirmation; this may take some time. If you want both, the lobby theme and its upgrade, it would be a good idea to get them before the season ends. To get the upgraded version (Mysterious Manor Theme), you will need to first obtain the Eerie Mansion Theme from the Gilt spin.
