Yes, the forum is in that list and no I don't have any of the "no xp roles" thats why I got so confused

So how I go about it is I pop up the leaderboard to see my current XP and then take around 5-10 minutes where I send a message in around 1-2 minute spaces. then I pop up the leaderboard again to check if my XP has increased at all, seeing that before / after is the same
