Forum Channel seemingly not rewarding any XP
Hello, I've been having an issue with XP not being rewarded in forum channel posts, despite having leveling in threads enabled and using a blacklist overall to not exclude any of the channels.
I have tried switching to whitelist leveling channels and added the forum channels specifically but this has not seemed to solve the issue.
Below I sent images of what I suppose is relevant to the configuration for this issue. NSFW channel names are censored out.

(I should probably mention that with the leaderboard image I have compared my XP before & after sending several messages in forum posts)
Blacklisting makes it so that all of the channels you have selected DO NOT get XP. You'll need to switch it to whitelist
done that, the issue remains unfortunately with the exact same set of channels in the whitelist
Can you run /config check and post a screenshot
How are you testing if it's working or not if I may ask?
So how I go about it is I pop up the leaderboard to see my current XP and then take around 5-10 minutes where I send a message in around 1-2 minute spaces.
then I pop up the leaderboard again to check if my XP has increased at all, seeing that before / after is the same

Yes, the forum is in that list and no I don't have any of the "no xp roles" thats why I got so confused

are you sure the bot is able to see the forum channel?
from my testing, it does not seem like it

if you run
/config troubleshoot it should report that error, in theory at least
since the last time you ran the command it seems you were using a blacklist for the leveling channelsTurns out that was it, thank you very much for pointing it out
