It will.
So when adding BM ban & your issuing it to a player that is actively on your server their is a set sequence in which actions occur.
1. your issuing not just a ban but a kick action.
So when you click that "addbmban" it does not check what that ban list is.
It will instantly issue a Kick for X player as it adds that ban to the ban list.
The only way to not do that, is to not issue the ban to that list till after they leave.

Actually the reason states you didn't hit rate limit
Your code caused Cloudflare to flag your IP as a security threat,
So what ever your doing you should not be.
Please follow API coding.

You will have to wait till the IP ban ends.
While that happens fix your coding to follow rate limits of 5 per second/60 per minute.

You'd have to look into a squadJS plugin & trigger for that.
It's the only way to be accurate.
You have too long a time for BM to get the information required.
