Request: suit inspo
I'm getting married next year (likely early summer in an outdoor, mediterranean garden setting) and am considering going down the MTM suit route. Wise people of MFAD, what are your favourite suiting details that I might not have thought of?
Things I know I like:
- higher rise trousers with pleats
- interesting and visibly textured materials
- the way that @The Teenage Gentleman lol dresses
However, this does not seem to be sufficient to pin down what I could look for in a wedding outfit, so please give me some food for thought (even if I end up going down the OTR + tailor route)
Thanks in advance!
P.S. The main question is about general suiting details but I would also happily listen to any fun ideas that relate to my specific situation!

High(er) rise chinos/trousers in the UK
I've gradually come to realise that I much prefer my trousers/pants to have a slightly higher rise. My favourites are my two pairs of Stan Ray fatigues and two pairs of vintage PRL corduroy trousers. Ideally, I'd like to find some chinos and/or wool trousers to expand my collection, but I haven't had much luck finding them in stores (I'm based in the UK). I normally wear a 32" waist and 34" inseam and ideally I'd find something under £100 (I've spotted some beautiful options from Drake's which are sadly out of reach). I'm not in a rush and am very happy to buy second hand. Any recommendations greatly appreciated!

All things fatigues
Hey all, long time lurker here. My Stan Ray slim olive fatigues are probably my favourite pair of trousers and have prompted a number of fatigue-related questions for anyone who will indulge me:
1. What do you think of non-olive fatigues? Any favourite colours or ones to avoid?
2. What do you think of fatigue shorts? I love patch pockets but they seem to necessitate the shorts being much longer than those I usually go for.
3. What are your opinions on drawstrings rather than button fastenings on fatigues?
4. What are your favourite brands for fatigues and what details on them make them special?
Thanks in advance! Also, feel free to pitch in with other fatigue-related discussion points and/or questions
