I looked into the port situation, it wasn't it. I feel like this is another problem entirely since I'm getting errors on logs due to dash.
I'll open a new thread tomorrow if I can't find a solution, thanks for the info Parrot ^^

Small detail, I had to change port 80 from the config file to port 8090. Port 80 was being used by something else

I've installed dash, version 3.5 with docker-compose (followed the guide in documentation) but it's still not working, even after I restarted the containers

It's now fixed, it was indeed a 403 error and after restarting qBittorrent it all worked
