Is this suit jacket purposefully long or (more likely) not right for me?

I see, I didn't kow that. From what I learned those are the 3 classical styles. I just though it looked like an english cut

Japanese brand, but cut could be English. I haven't heard of a Japanese cut. The ones that I know exist are American, Italian and English

I think it looks good. English suits drape like that, and though I'm not sure, I think this is an English cut!

Yea we literally have a VAT calculator in Sweden. You pick the item you're buying, ex leather belt, and it calculates everything for you. To me the limit is 137 + 25$ shipping. To be safe I probably won't shop more than 120-130$

yea I understand designer brands like YSL and Dior are faked a lot. There are some brands I dont know as well though, that might be faked, like John Elliot, Theory, Schott?

Help for finding a good-fit jacket

Maybe I'm too optimistic about -10C hehe. One fit for Autumn weather, down to 0C, is more reasonable. I just need a short jacket to alternate with my coat. I did find a G9 Baracuta almost unused for 95$. I didn't pull the trigger because it would be too long on me though.. That's my main issue I'm finding with jackets. Seems my only strategy is to buy a cropped jacket, and hope it will sit normal on me.. Can I ask for brand recommendations for any kinds of autumn jackets? The Filson prices are the max budget, and then I'll check if I can find them cheaper 2nd hand.

It was a Barney's Original faux suede jacket, black. I liked the texture of it. Those Filson jackets seem nice but I'm seeing theyre like 300$+ used, which is a bit too much for me..

Hey Zeo! Thanks for your input. I wasn't wearing matching suit pants. It sounds like it might be difficult to optimally shorten the jacket. A bit of a shame, I thought it was quite beatiful but I'll probably have to resell it then. Dang it sucks that clothes here are made for people taller than me :/

hmm I see thanks for the insight! I like to wear straight fit non-cropped pants mostly. Still figuring out my style a bit as I've mostly worn OCBDs before, but now Ive been wearing more sweaters and oversized clothes. I have a pair of chunky white sneakers that are of a streetware vibe, and a pair of leather boat shoes. I was thinking of adding a pair of black shoes to my wardrobe to have more fit options. With that info, do you think you could recommend a certain type of shoe? I've been thinking about loafers, but they might be too similar to the boat shoes. I've also been thinking about a pair of boots, like those from Red Wing

Though I prefer the slimmer comfort craftsman. The way I wear my Chelsea is that the pants fall over the shoes, which might not be the common way to wear Chelseas

Thanks! About 7, is it just too long or maybe small? Or do I just need to button up more buttons? Can't untuck, its super long haha. I'll have to sell it then.. As for the tank fit, Idk I just don't really like it. I dont know why..
