I'm in the UK and lost a cufflink for my shirt. It's a tuxedo shirt. What can I do?

I'm in the UK and lost a cufflink for my shirt. It's a tuxedo shirt and part of my first suit. I'm 17, what can I do about this? Willing to spend money to buy new cufflinks but need the exact design if possible as well. I'm not in a rush, just wanna be ready for when I need to wear a suit.
